Each year when it is time to report the facility’s chemical storage to the US Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Labor, the Foundation system makes the documentation simple including Hazardous Air Pollutant (HAP) reports, GHS Audits, ECPRA 302 reports and many more. Every year CEHS staff file EPA Tier II reports with state and local agencies on your behalf as part of our service. Also, the system can be used as the basis for TRI Reporting. In addition, the Foundation System keeps an archive of past chemical usage to comply with the OSHA 30-year record retention rules.
